Our goal is to ship your complete order within 48 hours of receiving your order; however, there may be occasions when we are temporarily out of stock on an item. In such a case, we will hold shipping the order for up to 5 days, if and only if the product is expected within that time frame of 5 days so you will receive all of your items together, in one shipment.
Yes. However please take note that the shipping and handling costs are determined per shipping address, and not as one total purchase. In order to qualify for “free shipping,” the total for each shipping location must reach the specified “free shipping” amount. Please refer to our shipping help page for more info.
Once your order has been submitted, it will be processed immediately to expedite the shipping of your products. As such, you may not add to or delete the order, so if you would like to purchase additional items, you will need to submit a new order.
State law requires companies to charge sales tax in states where they have offices and are conducting business. In our case, we must charge sales tax when we ship to Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
ThinkFun will ship to you via UPS Ground service. Allow an estimated 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. We cannot ship to P. O. Boxes.

Here at ThinkFun, we aren’t satisfied unless you are completely satisfied. If by any chance you would like to return your ThinkFun product(s) and would like a refund, you will be required to include all components to the product (i.e. individual pieces, solutions, travel bag, etc.), the original packaging of the product and the Order # supplied on the date of purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days of the order date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return and refund process.
There is a $2.50 charge to replace one piece. For more than one replacement piece, there is a $0.50 charge per additional piece up to 5 pieces. No more than 5 replacement pieces will be issued per customer.
For teachers the limit of 5 pieces does not apply for replacement pieces sent to a school address.
Copies of instruction booklets, solutions and up to five challenge cards can be sent free of charge. If more than five cards are needed, you may purchase a replacement card deck for a $5.00 charge.
To order replacement pieces, instructions, cards or solutions, please mail a check (U.S. dollars only) made out to ThinkFun Inc. Please also provide a very specific description of the missing pieces and the puzzle from which they come, and mail your request to:
