WINNER #1: Andrey Volynets.

“First off, I would like to thank Thinkfun for this great contest!

Rush Hour has played a very interesting role in my life, maybe as interesting as the game itself. But I couldn’t have done it without my girlfriend Kelly. I always loved solving puzzles in my childhood. In fact I am currently an engineering major which requires good problem solving skills.

In 5th grade, I was constantly bored at day care after school until I discovered Rush Hour. I played the game very often until one day, when a girl named Kelly, also in 5th grade, came to talk to me. Kelly noticed that I played the game frequently and revealed that she was the one who brought it to the day care. This got my attention and I remembered her even though we went to different middle schools after 5th grade.

A little over four years later, I ran into Kelly during summer break after my first year in high school. This is the first time I saw her since 5th grade! We liked each other and she became my first girlfriend. Over two years later, on my birthday, she gave me the Rush Hour game. We solved all of the challenges together and enjoyed the game and memories it brought. Two years later, Kelly sent me an e-mail with the link to the Rush Hour contest and I knew I had to play and enter. My little sister Katie solved some of the challenges and loves to play the Rush Hour game whenever she has a chance too. I was extremely happy to find out I won the contest, just a day after my 20th birthday!”

WINNER #2: Alan Yu

“Thank you so much!

My brother and his wife have three kids: Amanda 10yo, Ryan 7yo and Caroline 5yo. I became aware of ThinkFun when I purchased the Marvel Comics version of Zingo for my nephew a few years ago. I think my nieces and nephews are now on their third copy of Zingo. I follow ThinkFun on Twitter and in September I was looking for a ThinkFun recommendation for my niece Caroline's 5th birthday. I tweeted to @ThinkFun and Liz recommended S'Match. See photo attached. FYI, CC loves S'Match. We play it all the time. I tweet about my Zingo and S'Match beatdowns on Twitter. Most recently, I bought an iPod Touch. I had been reading about Rush Hour on Twitter and I downloaded the free app. Amanda and Ryan always want to play it when I visit them.

So... I'm a ThinkFun fan for sure. Keep up the good work and fun stuff!”
