Our Commitment to Safety
Dear ThinkFun Customers:
ThinkFun understands that nothing is more important than the safety of children while they are playing our games. We want to assure you that we have and will continue to take the safety of our products very seriously.
Although our products are made in China, we set high standards for our factories and make sure that the essential steps are taken to keep our products safe. Over 75% of our products do not have paint on them which eliminates the concern of high levels of lead, including our best seller, Rush Hour. All of our products, including those that do not contain paint, are thoroughly tested by a certified independent testing lab to ensure that it meets or exceeds federal regulations prior to placing them in the marketplace. In addition, we label all of our packaging with the appropriate age recommendation and appropriate warning information.
We are taking extra precautions and increasing product safety testing, in light of recent events. This added testing continues to support that our products have met or exceeded federal testing levels for safety. We are committed to continue to take steps to ensure that the products that reach our customers’ hands are in no way harmful to them.
