Gamification is the concept of applying game-design thinking to non-game applications to make them more fun and engaging. Often times, gamification is used to influence behavior—it can be a powerful way to get people to do things they might not otherwise want or think to do.
As a game company, we are interested in how this new trend is being used to shape kids and what it means for the toy and game industry. We put a call out to find great examples of gamification and here’s what we’ve collected so far.
