Meet the Inventors
Inventors David Yakos and Parker Thomas are engineers and fathers who shared a common bond. Both were frustrated over the lack of free-form, open-minded construction sets available to creative kids. They wanted to get their kids’ gears moving at an early age. After an evening of campfires and inventive thinking, Maker Studio was born—and it’s been inspiring Makers and creative kids of all ages ever since.
Maker Studio is a new kind of construction toy—free-form and open-minded to help stimulate your little Maker’s creativity. We supply all the engineering parts—gears, wheels and frames. It’s up to your creative kid to supply the imagination.
