I imagine by now many of you have seen the viral video of Caine’s Arcade, the incredible cardboard arcade project created by 9 year old Caine in his dad’s auto parts store in East LA! If not, the video below will make your day!

I’ve long touted the incredible creative power contained within a cardboard box – and this post from a teacher in Singapore is still one of my favorite examples!
You can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when the latest in cardboard box creativity happened right in my living room this weekend! My husband and I are in the process of renovating our master bathroom, and I came downstairs on Sunday morning to find him playing happily in one of our new boxes!
Not sure “Dan’s Outhouse” has quite the same appeal as Caine’s Arcade, but it certainly made me laugh – you’re never too old to play!

OMG! I’m heading over to Caine’s Arcade…it’s just down the street, and I’m missing out!
I would love to take a field trip there!
